Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney

Our charge for the preparation of a single Will is £195.00 plus VAT.

Our charge for the preparation of mirror Wills is £295.00 plus VAT.

Our charge for the preparation and submission of a Lasting Power of Attorney is £350.00 plus VAT. This is for one Power (either Health and Welfare or Property and Financial Affairs) for one individual or alternatively, we can prepare both Powers for a charge of £500.00 plus VAT.  These charges are per person.  In addition to our fees and VAT, there is also a registration fee of £82.00 for each Power which is payable to the Office of the Public Guardian. 

Assuming one individual wishes to execute both Lasting Powers of Attorney, the total cost would be £764.00 including VAT and disbursements (registration fees).

Home visits are available upon request and are charged at £50.00 plus VAT and 45 pence per mile for return journeys.
