We are recruiting a Family/Child Care Law Solicitor

We are looking to recruit a Solicitor for our Child Care Law Department who would be able to provide legal advice, conduct case work and advocacy relating to Public Children’s Law. You would join a small but friendly team.

We are happy to discuss part time or flexible hours for the right candidate

The applicant must have:

• Good knowledge and experience of children’s social care law and practice
• The ability to work on their own initiative;
• Membership of Children Panel useful but not essential. Would also suit someone willing to apply for accreditation for the Panel to develop that side of the Practice.
• A friendly and helpful approach along with good communication skills.
