Naturally we hope that you will be entirely satisfied with our services, and will not feel any need to complain. However we are required to provide you with the following information.
In the first instance, if you have a complaint, please raise it with the member of staff who is dealing with your case. If you are still dissatisfied, please contact one of the Partners, for details of our complaints procedure so that we can fully investigate your complaint. If, once we have done that you are still dissatisfied you may raise the issue with Legal Ombudsman, whose details can be found at https://www.legalombudsman.org.uk/contact-us, or call the Solicitors Regulation Authority on 0300 555 0333.
Please note that the Legal Ombudsman will normally only look at the complaint if you have referred it to LeO within one year of either:
(i) the problem happening or
(ii) the date on which you should have realised that there was cause for complaint.
